IGBC Announce Six New Board Members

The Indiana-Germanic Business Council is delighted to announce the addition of six individuals to the organization’s Board of Directors.

Jennifer Engel, Ph.D. is the interim Associate Vice President for International Affairs (Senior International Officer) at Indiana University.  She steps into this role having served as Associate Vice President for Education Abroad at IU for three years, providing strategic leadership for education abroad initiatives across all Indiana University campuses.  Jennifer has held progressively more responsible and complex roles within international education over the course of more than twenty-six years, serving in leadership positions in the field and regularly presenting on a range of subjects both nationally and internationally.

Kody Fedorcha is the CEO of iwis drive systems LLC, a U.S. subsidiary of Munich-based iwis SE & Co. KG, specializing in precision chain systems for power transmission and conveying applications. At iwis, Kody has spent nearly two decades in senior leadership roles, driving growth and market expansion with original equipment manufacturers and industrial distribution. Kody holds a degree from Lehigh University and an MBA from Penn State. 

Michael Huggett is President & CEO of INDEX Corporation, the North American division of the German-headquartered INDEX Group, where he helps manufacturers increase throughput and build scalable production systems. With a career grounded in real-world shop floor experience, he focuses on execution, capacity building, and measurable production outcomes. He brings a practical perspective to strengthening collaboration between U.S. and German manufacturing.

Emina Ibrahimovic is the Vice President of Global Strategic Partnerships at the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC), where she leads international engagement efforts to advance Indiana’s economic growth and global competitiveness. In this role, she develops and manages strategic partnerships with foreign governments, corporations, and academic institutions to drive investment, innovation, and long-term collaboration across key sectors including advanced manufacturing, life sciences, and technology. Emina earned her degrees in International Studies and Slavic Languages and Linguistics from Indiana University Bloomington.

Jeff Pipkin has held the economic development manager position at Hoosier Energy since June 2020. Before joining Hoosier Energy, he led the Hendricks County Economic Development Partnership as the executive director from 2013 to 2020. He worked for the Morgan County Economic Development Corporation from 2001 to 2013. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Franklin College. Jeff and his wife Erin have three sons, Sam (23), Max (20), and Alex (17). Jeff has spent time in Frankfort, Köln, Koblenz, Mannheim, and Heidelberg.

Eike Wrage currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Ludo Fact USA. He brings more than 20 years of international leadership experience across corporate finance, strategic planning, restructuring, and M&A in both Germany and the United States. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions with internationally recognized companies including Hapag-Lloyd, König & Cie., and Barry-Wehmiller, building broad strategic and financial expertise along with extensive international business experience.
